Event HQ = Wilderness Marquee (see site map - on left below parking area, near entry to Habitat Noosa). Beginners workshops will be held here, as well as Welcome function (Friday night), dinner on Saturday, and final demo’s (Sunday arvo). There’ll also be an additional marquee (clear sides and roof) between the rows of Wilderness safari tents - setup with tables/seating for working and dinners.

We’ll also have the huge white Vibecamp ‘bell tent’ setup below the Bistro/Beer Garden again this year - available all weekend to chill out, meet other Vibecampers, work on your project - beanbags/comfy floor cushions and a few tables/chairs are provided. This will also be a great place to mingle after dinner around the firepits, listening to our resident DJs on Fri and Sat nights.

Starlink WIFI will be provided across the Event HQ area and bell tent (huge white marquee).

Wilderness Safari Tents with shared bathroom facilities are adjacent to Event HQ (ie. closest to the Hackathon and networking action!). These tents will book out quickly! (update - they’re sold out)

Also now sold out - the Paperbark Glamping Tents (with ensuites) are located on the other side of Reception / Bistro / Beer Garden; along with camp sites (powered and unpowered still available). Waterfront camp sites (unpowered) are close to the shoreline of Lake Cootharaba (facing East for sunrise!).

The whole site is flat - everything is within a 5-10 minute walk.
